Booking Notes

• 30% Euro down payment to be sent within 3 days of booking
• Euro 70% balance at Check-in (delivery of the apartment / rooms)
• Deposit Euro 100.00 as a deposit, to be deposited as guarantee at the time of delivery of the apartment or of the room. The same will be returned at the time of check-out, upon inspection of the apartment by a our attendant.
• Tourist tax 1.10 Euro / day for adults declared to be paid in cash upon delivery apartment
• Delivery of the apartment from 4.00 to 7.00 pm - departure time 8.00-10.00

Mandatory Services

• Mandatory final cleaning for Rooms: Euro 40 Junior Suite, Euro 50.00 Suite
• Mandatory final cleaning for Apartments: € 40.00 Studio, € 50.00 Two-room apartment, € 60.00 Three-room apartment, 70.00 Four-room apartment, 75.00 Local penta
• Light and water to be paid on consumption at the time of Check-out
• Linen with mid-week change (excluding daily tidying up)
  Euro 3.00 person / day (including children)
• Tourist tax Municipality of Grosseto Euro 1.10 per day, after 14 years of age
